The Tube Bonders are an ideal way to create an attachment on an erupting second molar. The tip and handle makes precise placement much easier than placing an expensive second molar tube with tweezers. An .025 tube is created which allows for a .016 NiTi wire to help bring the molar into alignment for finishing.

To create the tube, fill the mold with resin, place the short piece of nylon thread provided on the mixing pad and push the mold over the thread. The thread acts as a visual alignment guide. Carry the Tube Bonder mold to the tooth to be bonded. After curing, pull out the thread and the hole is created.
